shrIvaiShNava saMpradAya is a very vast ocean of auspicious aspects. This saMpradAya was initiated by shrIman nArAyaNa himself and subsequently propagated by AzhwArs and AchAryas.
Our satsaMpradAya is built on the principles of ubhaya vEdAnta, viz., saMskRîta and drAviDa vEdAnta. The lives and instructions of our AchAryas play a vital role in understanding the principles and conduct ourselves in this path.
This is an attempt to present such essential and fundamental principles in a very simple manner in this book.
This book is based on ‘A simple guide to Srivaishnavam’ by Sri. U.Ve. Sarathy Totadri (koyil.org). A special thanks to him and his team for providing this document for this purpose.
This would not be possible without the valuable time of Asthana vidwan Sri. U.Ve. K.B. Devarajan swamy, for changing various sections of the text to suit the need.
Special thanks to Sri. U.Ve. Srinivasa Rajan swamy and Sri. U. Ve. Sriram Bhoolokam swamy for reviewing the document.
